Toughest point of the 2024 season for the Baltimore Ravens comes at the most crucial time
Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

The 2024 schedule is here for the Baltimore Ravens and they now know what their order of games will look like for this coming season.

Baltimore got to the AFC Championship game before falling to the eventual Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs. The Ravens will take a crack at making it to the big game with a tough schedule in 2024 after winning the AFC North in 2023.

What stands out the most about the schedule for the Ravens is their final three games, which also happens to be the toughest stretch on their schedule in my opinion.

Week 16 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Anytime the Steelers and Ravens matchup it is going to be a battle. This is the second time they’ll see each other this season in Week 16 with the first time coming on the road earlier. If the Ravens want to replicate their success last season in the division, each and every game matters tremendously.

The Steelers are interesting with the off-season they had especially at quarterback. Russell Wilson should be the guy in this game but it could be Justin Fields, either way, the Steelers are going to be improved and have better quarterback play than last season.

Week 17 @ Houston Texans

Here is the matchup between the two teams that met in the divisional round of the playoffs last season. Baltimore took that game at home but will travel to Houston late in the season here.

The Texans are an exciting team that went above and beyond expectations last year with C.J. Stroud at the helm. They added Stefon Diggs in the off-season as well as Joe Mixon at running back. Houston is improved and will be a tough, late-season battle.

Week 18 vs. Cleveland Browns

The final game of the season comes down to an AFC North opponent that will again be in the mix to take the division. Overall, there isn’t a team in the north that can’t win the division, it’ll once again be competitive.

By the scheduling here, it appears the NFL could view the division as a two-team race between the Browns and Ravens in the end. If that ends up happening, boy is this one going to be huge.

The hope is that this matchup with Cleveland can be between two healthy teams in the end with all major contributors out there and competing.
