Arsenal make contact with Guimaraes camp

Premier League giants Arsenal are said to have made contact with Bruno Guimaraes' camp.

The Gunners are very keen to add the Newcastle United central midfielder to their squad.

Per Ben Jacobs, they are now ready to see if he can be tempted away from St. James' Park.

Bruno has been vocal about loving life at Newcastle over the past few months.

However, a move to a team that is vying for top titles and is in the Champions League will be tempting.

The Gunners see Guimaraes as a possible replacement for wantaway midfielder Thomas Partey.
